5. Payment Terms

For paid events and services:

• All payments are processed through our secure payment partners
• Platform fees are deducted from ticket sales as specified in your plan
• Payouts are made within 3-5 business days after event completion
• Refunds are subject to the organizer's refund policy

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Create fake or misleading events

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hayeni and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hayeni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
